The Lion City’s flag carrier will be launching Restaurant A380 @ Changi, an experience featuring dinners hosted on its Airbus A380 superjumbos. Happening for two nights only, October 24 and 25, the pop-up comes after news of the carrier ditching its “flights to nowhere” plans.

Diners can look forward to savouring dishes from the airlines’ international cuisine menu, alongside a Peranakan menu that’s been specially curated by local cookbook author and chef Shermay Lee. Each meal can be paired with two complimentary alcoholic drinks or a free flow of other beverages. Other perks include KrisShop discounts and a goodie bag.
Guests who’re game enough to turn up in traditional heritage outfits, such as saree, kebab, or cheongsam, will receive an extra gift.

This pop-up restaurant is a part of the airline’s ‘Suite of Experiences’ initiative, which includes a tour of the SIA Training Centre, as well as home delivery services of its first-class and business-class menus. Looking to fulfil your dreams of becoming a pilot? There’s an option to book a flight simulator session. Other activities include wine appreciation, as well as grooming workshops led by SIA’ cabin crew trainers.
