Glam it up at Zafferano with a five-course New Year’s Eve dinner from 5:30pm till late or opt for a three-course dinner from 5:30pm to 7pm to enjoy sunset vistas of the skyline. Highlights include Sicilian red prawn crudo served with Delica pumpkin, yuzu, and oscietra caviar and a velvety Valrhona Ivoire 35% chocolate and red currant mousse with crispy morsels of pandoro and Grand Marnier sauce. The latter is a dessert inspired by the sweet candied fruit flavours of pandoro, the traditional Italian sweet bread.
