EARN BONUS POINTS QUICKER WITH MARRIOTT BONVOY’S SUMMER PROMO

International travel might not be the first thing on your mind now, but there’s no harm dreaming of a luxurious staycation in your home country. Marking the return of domestic travel, Marriott International’s loyalty program Marriott Bonvoy has launched a Summer/Fall promotion that will see its members earn bonus points even quicker than before.

From now until October 18, 2020, members who register for the promotion online, will receive 2,500 bonus points for their first and second upcoming stays, as well as a once-off bonus of 5,000 bonus points after their third paid stay. Best of all? There’s no limit to the amount of bonus points that members can earn with this promotion. In fact, members will continue to receive 2,500 bonus points for every paid stay thereafter throughout the promotional period.

While there’s no requirement for any length of stay—even one night will earn you the points, only one room per hotel is counted towards a member’s nights or stay. And if you’re thinking of booking through a third-party agent like Expedia or Hotels.com, don’t. Rates available though these sites do not qualify for this promotion, so you’re better off booking directly on Marriott.com.

Travelers will be spoilt for choice by more than 7,000 participating hotels, including brands like St. Regis, The Ritz Carlton, The Luxury Collection, W Hotels, and more. Within Asia, popular choices include The Ritz Carlton Langkawi, W Singapore, and Prince Gallery in Tokyo, Japan.

To put guests at ease, these hotels will implement new cleanliness measures, including enhanced technologies like electrostatic sprayers, social distancing guidelines, intensive cleaning of high-touch areas, as well as contactless check-ins.
