After a three-month closure during Singapore’s circuit breaker, luxury intergrated resort Marina Bay Sands (MBS) has reopened with much fanfare. The Shoppes, as well as five signature celebrity restaurants—Black Tap, Bread Street Kitchen by Gordon Ramsay, CUT by Wolfgang Puck, Mott 32, and Yardbird Southern Table & Bar, have begun welcoming diners and shoppers as of June 19 and June 27, respectively.
But for those who prefer staying home in the meantime, there’s the option of ordering from MBS’ new Gourmet Takeaway service. Slated to launch on July 4, the online site will list more than 120 signature dishes from the above-mentioned five restaurants. With the progressive opening of MBS’ other F&B outlets, the platform will ultimately offer over 260 menu items across 12 other restaurants.
Steak lovers can have their fix with prime cuts from the one-Michelin-starred CUT by Wolfgang Puck. Highlights include the well-marbled 21-day aged, corn-fed USDA prime steak or the decadent Snake River Farms American wagyu.
Delightful Cantonese fare can be had at MOTT 32, whose barbecue Pluma Iberico pork coated in yellow mountain honey is a hot favourite among diners. And for burger cravings, there’s Black Tap’s juicy Texan burger (pictured) or the Greg Norman Burger, three-time winner of People’s Choice Award at the NYC Wine & Food Festival.
After placing their orders, diners can simply collect the food directly from the restaurant, via drive-through, or from pick-up counters located at the Sands Expo entrance.
